Who processes your data

Contact form

When you submit the form, we process your name, email address, selected area and message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and prepare a possible collaboration. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence. We do not use this information to send unsolicited marketing messages.

The form is technically processed by Formspree. Messages appear in its dashboard and are delivered by email. Formspree states that it hosts data in the United States and uses Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal data. Websupport hosts the website content.

We keep enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration for no more than 12 months after the last communication. We then delete them from email and the Formspree dashboard, unless longer retention is necessary to protect legal claims. We retain contract and accounting records as required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where applicable, you have the right to data portability. Send your request to info@cloudbyvojtek.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not add analytics or advertising code. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated submissions. When the page loads, Cloudflare may process technical signals, such as your IP address and browser information, to distinguish people from bots. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details. Formspree then verifies the form security token. We will update this information if our analytics or services change.
